"Really easy site to use"
I found Mrs Wordsmith really easy to use and had a smooth experience from the start. Everything was laid out clearly, and I was able to find what I needed quickly without feeling lost.
The ordering part was simple too, with no unnecessary steps or hassle. It all just worked as it should, which made the whole thing feel quick and straightforward

"Good lessons, but they repeat a little"
Overall, the lessons are good and my kids actually sit down and read them, which is saying something. My only gripe is that some parts feel a bit repetitive after a while. I kind of blame the lesson designers for playing it a little too safe, but the content itself is solid.

"The progress tracking is honestly a relief"
The progress tracking has been the most helpful part for us, easily. My kid can see what’s finished and what still needs some attention, and I no longer have to sit there trying to magically figure it out myself. Very peaceful. Totally not something I desperately needed.

"Good value, though not exactly cheap"
I picked up a few Mrs Wordsmith books for my son and, i do think they’re worth it. The illustrations are funny enough that he actually wants to look through them and do the activities, which doesn’t happen much with regular workbooks. They are definitely more expensive than the usual ones, so I waited until I found a deal. But overall I’m happy with them and would probably buy more, especially if..

"I needed to change my Mrs Wordsmith subscription..."
I needed to change my Mrs Wordsmith subscription and thought it was going to be a whole hassle, but it was literally simple. I found the right section in my account and updated everything without clicking around forever.

I also had a quick question and got a fast reply, which was nice. Overall, it was easy, straightforward, and way less stressful than I expected.

"We’ve been using this for a few weeks..."
We’ve been using this for a few weeks, and my son is actually remembering the tricky words now. Compared to the other stuff we’ve tried, this has made homework feel way less like a battle, which is a huge win in our house.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, which was..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, which was totally my fault, and I was already thinking, great, now I’m going to have to deal with a whole refund hassle. But it was super easy. I messaged customer support, they got back to me really quickly, and the refund came through without me having to keep following up or chase anyone. Just a really smooth experience, and I was genuinely relieved by how well they handled it.

"Delivery was fine, just slower than I expected"
The delivery was okay overall, nothing terrible or anything, but it did take kind of a while. I kept checking the time, then got distracted, then remembered I was still waiting. It showed up eventually, so that was good, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly quick.

"My son doesn’t stick with stuff for long..."
My son doesn’t stick with stuff for long, but something about it seems to keep him interested. It keeps him busy most of the time, not always, but definitely more than a lot of other things we’ve tried.

"Really helped my son get into words"
I bought Mrs Wordsmith for my 8-year-old because he kept telling me vocabulary work was boring, i didn’t expect much. But he really got into the funny pictures and now actually asks to do a few pages, which surprised me.
It’s been easy for me to use too, which I really appreciate. There’s not a ton of prep or confusing instructions, so we just do a little after school. His teacher mentioned his word choices are improving, so I’m really glad we tried it

"Helpful for school vocab, but guidance could be clearer"
Mrs Wordsmith has been useful for helping my child practise vocabulary that actually lines up with what they’re doing at school. The words and activities feel relevant, not like random extra worksheets thrown in. It’s also easy enough to fit in at home, which is a plus. My main gripe is that the communication around what’s best for each year group isn’t very clear, and that’s a bit annoying when you’re trying to choose the right level without guessing. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that was laid out better, but overall it’s been helpful.

"Just Right for My 8-Year-Old"
I got this for my 8-year-old, and so far it’s been a good fit. He actually enjoys it and doesn’t complain that it feels too babyish, which is always a win at this age. Every now and then he runs into a word that makes him pause, but most of it seems right around his level. Overall, we’re happy with it — 4 stars from us.

"Fun pictures, but it still stressed me out a bit"
I do like the humor in Mrs Wordsmith, and the illustrations are really fun. My kid definitely laughs at the silly faces and weird examples, so that part does make the words feel less boring.

That said, after a while it started to feel a little repetitive. Some of the words still needed me to stop and explain them, which I wasn’t really expecting, and it added this random bit of stress to what I thought would be an easy, low-effort learning thing.

Overall, it’s fine. The idea is nice and the artwork is great, but I’m not sure we reach for it enough to really love it.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged Mrs Wordsmith to see if they could help. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making a big fuss. You know when customer service actually feels like a real person is replying and not just sending a copy-paste response? That’s what it felt like. Really friendly and helpful, so I’m super happy with how it all went.

"Actually holds up with my kids"
I’ve been using the books and cards for a few months now, and honestly… my kids are not exactly gentle with them. But the pages and corners still look good. I was actually surprised, like, they’ve held up way better than I expected.
